2. What we collect and why

• Fanvue login. When you log in with Fanvue we receive your Fanvue ID, username, email, account creation date and your earnings summary. We use them to show your access level and price. Access tokens are kept in an encrypted cookie in your browser, not in a database.
• Requests and orders. When you request a hybrid creator we store your Fanvue ID and username, the Fanvue username and email you enter for the release form, your earnings figure and the price. When you order an AI model or scripts we store your Fanvue ID and username, the notes you write, your earnings figure and the price.
• Usage statistics. We count page views and clicks with the country, device type and a random session ID that is forgotten when you close the tab. No IP address, name or username is stored with them.
• In your browser. Cookies for your login and menu state, and a note that you confirmed you are 18 or older.

Legal bases: performing our service for you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our interest in running and improving the App (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Who processes the data

Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase, EU) and Fanvue for the login and payments. Only team members who handle your order can see it. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Login cookies expire after 30 days. Requests and orders are kept as long as needed for the release form, to deliver them and for our legal duties, usage statistics for up to 24 months.

5. Your rights and deleting your data

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. To delete your data, write to info@jp-management.com from the email on your Fanvue account or message us via Support. We confirm within 30 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Poland the UODO.
