Terms of Service

1. Who we are

JP Creator Access (the "App") is operated by JP Management, Jerzmanki 185E, 59-900 Zgorzelec, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 6152080019. Contact: info@jp-management.com.

The App is an independent service and is not operated or endorsed by Fanvue.

2. What the App does

The App helps Fanvue creators work with hybrid creators (real, verified models who signed a contract to be featured in the App) or get their own AI model with AI-generated content. It reads your Fanvue profile and earnings (with your permission) to decide which offers are free for you.

3. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to view adult content where you live.
• You need your own Fanvue creator account and log in with Fanvue. We never ask for your Fanvue password.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your Fanvue account.

4. Prices

• A hybrid creator costs $100 once, or nothing if your Fanvue account made $1,000 or more in gross sales in the last 3 months.
• A custom AI avatar with NSFW scripts costs $130. One NSFW script (5 videos and 10 images) costs $100.
• Scripts are free if your Fanvue account made $1,000 or more in gross sales in the last 30 days, as reported by Fanvue when you log in.
• All payments are made on Fanvue. Fanvue processes the payment, we never see your card details.
• The price shown when you send a request is the price that applies. There are no hidden fees.

5. Content, release forms and AI

• Hybrid creators are real, verified models who signed a contract agreeing to be featured in the App. Their faces are blurred in all previews.
• Content of a hybrid creator may only be posted after she has signed a release form for your Fanvue account and Fanvue has accepted it.
• An AI face used on your account must be clearly labeled as AI.
• Full AI content is generated by AI. You may not send us photos of a real person or ask for the likeness of anyone real, including lookalikes. We decline such orders.
• Content you receive may only be used on the Fanvue account it was released or made for. Reselling, sharing or posting it anywhere else is not allowed.
• You must follow Fanvue's terms, Acceptable Use Policy and content rules at all times.

6. Our responsibility

We build the App with care but cannot promise that it is always available or that a specific result (for example a level of earnings) is reached. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In all other cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may block access if these terms are broken.

8. Law and changes

Polish law applies, except where the law of your country protects you more. We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.
